Title: Production Line Worker – Prefabrication Assembly for Homes, Retail, Commercial

Role Description

Join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art indoor plant 20 miles north of Calgary, Alberta. We are hiring production line workers to build walls, roof, and floor panels for prefabricated homes and retail and commercial spaces. This role is ideal for individuals with some previous construction labor experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Unloading EPS trucks
  • Constructing heavy-duty joists
  • Building floor, wall, and roof panels
  • Performing general clean-up tasks
  • Cleaning and maintaining equipment
  • Operating a forklift
  • Required Experience and Skills:
  • Must be hardworking, easy to get along with, and safety-conscious
  • Mechanical knowledge is an asset.
  • Inventory knowledge is an asset.
  • Experience with steel roll forming is an asset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Location:

This role is based at our 135,000-square-foot manufacturing facility located 20 minutes north of Calgary. The facility is strategically positioned near a High-Load Corridor, enabling us to transport loads up to 9 meters high to various parts of Alberta, Saskatchewan, BC, and the United States. Our employees commute from Calgary, Airdrie, and surrounding communities.

Employment Details:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected Hours: No less than 40.00 hours per week

Additional Pay: Overtime pay
