Our Vision
To create pathways to economic independence and well-being in Indigenous communities by addressing long-standing challenges in employment and housing. Through culturally relevant home construction training and wellness initiatives, we strive to foster community pride and resilience, driving meaningful, sustainable change that honors traditional values and supports economic stability.
Our framework is grounded in cultural respect and understanding, focusing on Indigenous- led programs that honor traditional knowledge. We aim to prioritize education, wellness, and financial stability.
Our Mission
To support the professional development of Indigenous members, empowering them to become apprentices and obtain certification as journeypersons in skilled construction trades; by implementing hands-on training programs while building homes, schools, and health centers and supporting construction projects within First Nation, Métis, and Inuit communities.
